Barrel of Beer Sponsors

Email: ku.gro.armac.tsefreeborobp@pihsrosnops

Many local businesses have supported us in the past by sponsoring a barrel of beer. This is an ideal entry level sponsorship. Your company logo will go above the bar, you’ll get a mention in the programme and we’ll find some beer vouchers and some Preview tickets for you. We’ll even make sure you get Fast Track Entry for 2 people on our opening day! It’s also a perfect photo opportunity to be snapped with your logo whilst holding a pint!

Other Ways In Which you Can Sponsor the Festival

Banners

As a large area we have ample room to display your company banner. Cost will depend upon size but as a general rule £50 per horizontal metre will get you noticed. We’ll even find you a few Preview tickets.

First Aid Area

Areas that can be supported include our First Aid area. This is an expense that needs to be covered and a suitable partner could gain valuable exposure by being associated with it.

Wine Bar

Our wine bar specialises in English wines and is justifiably popular. We would seek a suitable partner in this area and as we anticipate an improved wine offering in subsequent years an association this year could lead to a longer relationship.

Strike Cards

This year we have removed the cash element from the bars. All purchases over the bar will be card payment or with the use of ‘Cash Tokens’ or ‘Strike Cards’. Most festivals are run this way nowadays. These cards will be printed with cash amounts on one side. The other side is available for sponsorship. To have your company details printed on the reverse side could provide valuable exposure. There will be in excess of 10,000 cards printed.

Day Sponsorship

There are opportunities for companies to sponsor the festival for a day. This is a new concept and is essentially a blank sheet. Ideally a local brewery could use this to promote its products already at the festival but could quite easily be any company that feels that those attending the festival could benefit from its goods and services.

Glasses

A souvenir glass is a feature of the event and many people keep their glass for years. There are around 8,000 glasses produced and we have space for a partner’s logo on the reverse side. This is the first year that this has been done and could provide a long term relationship for the right company.

Site Services

Our site is put together by a dedicated team who don’t mind getting their hands dirty! We have massive costs including fencing, scaffolding, roadways and a host of plumbing materials. A suitable company is sought to offset these costs. The potential for a construction company or supplier could reap rewards by being associated with the site.

If you feel that you could enhance the festival in any of the ways mentioned please get in touch for a chat.
